Long White Enveleope. It used to be quite common for advice of a win to be sent by post, usually in a LWE. Much rarer these days but still frequently used by Bauer Mags.
Loads of common Abbreviations/Acronyms used on MSE in the thread HERE but could be little out of date now.0
