Help needed, Quite confused....

Well the story is i met my wife five years ago and over the years i've accumalated debts to help fund her lifestyle. i currenlty have a £12000 personal loan with hsbc (for whom my wife works for) but im looking to get out of the relationship but keep myself steady financely. I would like to know a loan comany that could lower my monthly repayement of £280 per month (in a sense consolidate the debt away from my wife) and what size loan i would need to pay off a 12000 hsbc loan.

(sorry if this sounds slightlyy vague but my priority is getting away from the hsbc so i can look after my own finace. I really don't have much of an idea about early loan repayments so any help would be greatly apprieciated )
