Well you live and you learn. I chose the first 0800 number I came across and, after a bit of holding, was given this number to ring: 01420 525 593. A lady there explained to me that they are still waiting for the stock and will send out in the next few weeks. Apparently there is a 28 day order wait on this. Not that they mention that ANYWHERE when printing the tokens.

Thanks for the info and effort Beate and Quoia! With xmas and everything I'd completely forgotten about this until you reminded me I hadn't received mine. I'll post back if/when mine arrives! (Just checked and it doesn't look like the cheque has been cashed yet).
