HELP - on codes!!!

Hi all,

I am a newbie to this forum so don't understand what all the codes are for and where they come from. Please help because as a parent to two young children and only having a Tesco in our area, i feel we get ripped of far too much.

Discount codes are posted on this site and various other sites.You can google "discount code" and take things from there.Tesco codes are often posted and you can type the code in the box when you go through checkout online.Codes can vary.Some can give you a set amount of money off eg.£5 when you spend £50 or it can be a percentage.
I shop with asda and often use free delivery codes posted here and money off codes
Asda email me codes and I often check here to see if others have posted the code to share.Sometimes codes are just for specific individuals.if this is the case then a message will come up declining it.If this happens then I just try another code.
