Hello,
I bought a duck feather duvet from Amazon. The problem is its smell: it stinks of farm. Should I return it or it is this smell will run out with the time?
Cheers
Nick

Hi there
I bought feather pillows once and, although I could cope with the smell, it was annoying. But, when I WASHED the pillows MY GOODNESS the smell was horrendous. I think you should send it back.Grocery Challenge M: £450/£425.08 A: £400/£.May -£400/£361 June £380/£230 (pages 18 & 27 explain)0 -
The duvet just needs airing for a few days."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0

Our feather duvet smelled for years - it smelled less and less over time (plus we got used to it...) but it certainly didn't go after a few days. I only buy synthetic ones these days.0
