I'm pretty certain I've seen it in Home Bargains too.
Definitely try one of these discount type stores rather than main supermarkets. They're generally cheaper for all cleaning materials.0 -

Could you not just buy a spray bottle, some white vinegar (Tesco sell half a litre for 40p) and make it yourself? Just add water. You can also add something to scent if, if you want.0

I buy these 4x5litres so far lasted me almost 2 years there just used for cleaning, weed killer and I use a spray bottle

depends where you will use it.
I use old spray bottle 50/50 cheap white vinegar/water, and just a squirt of washing up liquid for cleaning windows.0 -
