Loans Eligibility Calculator - Technical Fault

Hello there,

I've tried using the MSE Loans Eligibility Calculator and getting the following message...

Sorry, we're unable to show you your chance of being approved right now due to a technical fault.

It's been like it for a couple of months, I think something is wrong, as I then did a soft Zopa loan quote and got the following message...

Something went wrong.

There could be a technical problem, or we might not be able to offer you a loan today. We apologise for the lack of information here (we’re working to improve this in the future).

Is there something wrong with my credit file that is preventing organastions from accessing my credit file?

The weird thing is, the MSE Credit Card Eligibility Calculator works percectly fine and gives me quotes for credit cards! So I'm a bit confused at so why I can get quotes for credit cards but not loans? 100% putting in correct information.

Any clues?

You should check your statutory files with the three CRAs. Then you will be able to check if there is any adverse data recorded against you. (I am assuming you are on the Electoral Register and haven't recently changed address).
