Masthaven Advice

Hi,
New here so please bare with me!
We currently own our home outright, never had a mortgage but have applied (via a broker) to Masthaven first charge mortgage. We have been through the application process, everything was AIP about 4 weeks ago, the broker said that they are happy with everything and arranged the valuation report (at their cost).
The surveyor came yesterday and the broker confirmed that Masthaven received the report this morning.
Can anyone advise on how much longer it is likely to be to get an offer, and how likely it is to be declined at this stage?

Call your broker and get them to ask.0
