I saw a listing on eBay for a Molton Brown Bath & Body gift set by a business seller. The photo of the item clearly shows a gift box of 3 x 300ml bottles.
There is no mention of the size of the bottles in either the item heading or the item description, nor is there any mention of the size. As the price is very good, though not unbelievably so, I asked seller to confirm the size as 3 x 300ml. Seller's response was 'I confirm 3 x 100ml'
I think the photo & omission of size from description is deliberately misleading. Seller has ignored my message to that effect. When I looked at the criteria for reporting a listing, there seems nothing to cover this.
Surely that can't be right?

It sounds like a lazy seller. The seller has absolutely nothing to gain* as anyone buying will be able to return as SNAD as the seller's expense.\
*the odd buyer will no doubt not realise they can return them.0 -

You may be right.
My interpretation wasn't so charitable. Either deliberately misleading, or seller assuming most buyers either won't know that, or simply won't bother.0
