Blackhorse VT PCP
I have recently VT my PCP agreement with Blackhorse. I had paid more than half the totally amount payable. I handed my car to BCA as agreed with blackhorse. This was 3 weeks ago. Nobody checked over the car, I took photos and sent blackhorse confirmation the car has been dropped off.
Blackhorse have cancelled my direct debit. However, I have had no correspondence from them since handing car back, nothing to say the received it etc, excess millage. However, I logged onto my account and it says I owe £3165. They are now not open until Monday.
Before handing the car back, I had it checked over by Halfords and there was absolutely no work required to be done. There was wear and tear consistent with a 3.5 year old car which I would argue definitely falls within their fair ware and tare clause. My question is, what could this large amount be for? They have sent me nothing to make me aware.

No-one on the forum will know why you have a balance of £3,165 showing on your account. You are going to have to phone Blackhorse on Monday morning and ask them...

Are you 100% sure you hasd paid 50% of the totsl finance including balloon payment?

Yes I was more than half way including the balloon payment. I was 37 months into my 48 month agreement.0
