Help Me Please

hi there every one, i am new to the forums
i have a debt to premier man (a JD williams) company for about 1105 pound and risng with interest.
i know i didnt sign a credit agreement with them they say i have and i have asked for a copy to be provided they sent a blank unsigned credit agreement out. i am constantly recieving letters with substancial deiscount offers on them and phone calls i have seen a template letter on the site but cant seem to find it
i do want to clear my debts but i am only receiving JSA at the rate of £46.85 a week and of course my essentials are coming off this, mbna are another compANY I have asked to provide info which they have not, i cant remember if i signed a credit agreement or not it was an online application for the card
please help
all help will be appreciated ( i cant spell to save my life)

Either when the 12+2 days are up, or before if they get back to you, please come back on here and let us know what they have said, and we will help you with the next letter. Someone on here not only got her creditors off her back, she also got them to return her money! We will see where we can help you.
