Has any one had any issues with Car Craft? About 4 years ago My son and I bought a car from car craft The price of the car was around £8000.By the time we had signed the Agreement It had come to £14000 with extended Warranty and Insurance! The Loan was with GE capital. Do you think we Could claim anything back?

If I went into a showroom to buy a car costing 8k, I personally would be a bit taken aback with being presented a bill of sale for 14k.

Did you not at the time think 6k for an extended warranty & loan insurance was a bit steep?

(I know this doesn't answer your question, but I do often wonder when I see posts like this! The additional charges & costs would have been detailed quite clearly - and a simple calculation of the deposit + (loan amount x loan term) would have given you the 14k figure! )

 Went to car craft and admired their now hassle policy. That lasted about 2 mins. Have yo notice only one way in and out and thats past all the sales team. Well to keep to the story went in looking for a used car for about 3.5k not alot i know but it was cash not credit. Walked round and saw nothing (after getting rid of pesky sales rep). Went in and asked where the cars in my range were and was lead back outside. The car's shown to me were for 8k and when i asked they said that they could let me have them for 3.5k as part of a deal they had on. I was dumbfounded. I stated to them and said that if i hadn't asked they would have sold the cars to me for 8k and they agreed. The have no scrumples if you don't ask you get screwed how can anybody deal with a bunch of sharks like this.

Funny enough i went else where and said i don't deal with con men.
