Time to get debt free

I've decided from this point on I'm going to properly tackle my debt and eliminate it altogther. My current state is as follows
118118 Money card = -£7 balance (Will request this refund and close the account)
Aqua Card = £710.40 (41.9% APR) - Will close this card when the balance is cleared due to APR rate
Barclaycard = £113.39 (34.9% APR) - Will close this card when the balance is cleared
Capital One = £242.94 (19.9% APR)
Nationwide = No balance (19.9% APR)
Loans
Halifax = £1140.40 - 26 months remaining
Tesco Bank = £17802.00 - 45 payments remaining
I look forward to keeping myself accountable on here and getting to that amazing £0 debt value

Currently in a Protected Trust Deed - 17 payments until DEBT FREE - February 2027
