Years ago when I worked for an accountancy firm a colleague of mine used to handle the personal tax affairs of a certain former British Prime Minister (no not Gordon Brown, but I'm not saying who)

This former PM would sometimes bombard my colleague with very basic tax questions, and whilst she always replied in a totally professional manner she did say there was sometimes an overwhelming temptation to reply 'Why don't you !!!!!! off and ask your neighbour, he's the flipping Chancellor!' :-)
