East Midlands Delay Repay

Has anyone claimed for a Delay Repay with East Midlands trains lately? They’ve changed the procedure and are now asking for the ‘ticket number’ and ‘ticket reference’.

I’m assuming these are some of the numbers on the bottom right of my ticket, but I’n not sure which. The East Midlands Delay Repay pages mention clicking on a link to see some photographs which contain the info they need - but this link doesn’t seem to exist.

The train company have so far not replied to my email on the subject - just wondered if anyone here has had similar issues.

Thanks for replying. I’d already checked out the spottedhanky link, but it didn’t have the info I needed.

Turns out they want the first 5 numbers of the long number (bottom right of ticket) and the following 10 numbers as the reference.
