Solictors Letters

Hi,
I've just received a solicitor's letter from solicitors acting on behalf of one my creditors. Should I reply to the letter informing their solicitors I am bankrupt. Or should I just forward the letter straight to the OR?

Hi Wok Boy, i would do both to be honest, send a letter to the solicitors saying you are now BR and give OR's contact details and then forward a copy and the letter they sent you to the OR...
BUT, i could be wrong so hopefully others will pop on here and give you some advise!0 -
Yes Meech is right, if your going to do things properly. Maybe to save on postage just send to the OR.
That said i've ignored any rubbish i get through the post. They dam well know i'm BR and are just trying to pull a fast one..IMOThe first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter
