Can I Slow Cook Frozen Vegetables

Thanks everyone.
The veg I bought is described as ‘crispy’ (baby corn, sugar snaps and carrots). I was going to add potatoes (fresh) as well. I think I’ll probably try the boiling water method and add the veg towards the end.
The potatoes can go in from the start with the sauce bit.0 -

I bought the frozen ones because I have limitations on if/when I can cook due to illness. I also struggle with chopping. In addition to which, these are cheaper.
Frozen veggies are not only 'natural', in some cases they have higher nutritional levels because they are frozen within hours of being harvested.0 -
I always throw frozen veg in mine. In some cases frozen veg is better as it's flash frozen when it's at it's freshest where as fresh veg can be weeks old and starting to deteriorate. Also it eliminates waste. for things like curry's and sauce based dishes you can't really tell the difference.DEC GC £463.67/£450
