If you get the right consistency it does, too much water & its just runny, too little & it doesnt spread. Just add a little water at a time until its nicely spreadable, spread on & leave to set (it will run slightly before going firm)Does anyone know what the difference is between fondant icing and royal icing
Fondant icing is a bit like pay dough, you can roll it out flat or make models like snowmen out of it, royal icing is spreadable - least thats what I found out from googling.You cant take a step forward with both feet on the ground0
