I'm back! The one place I don't want to be saying that. I wish I could find sustainability when it comes to money management. Some people binge eat. I binge spend.
I've been listening to Dave Ramsey and his audio book appeals a lot to me. I don't think I've ever changed my relationship with money and that's why I'm back here again.
Not sure what the damage is yet. I'm not counting it until I've got an emergency fund. The target is to get to £300 emergency fund and then count up all the debts and pay it off. To help get to the emergency fund quicker I am selling a lot of things online.
In my diary I hope to tell you the same three things every day.
1. What I've spent that day that isn't on the essentials of food and petrol. I won't give you my direct debits but I will be working to reduce those.
2. What I've saved / earnt by making smarter choice
3. How I'm feeling in an attempt to change my relationship with money.
I will break this. I do not want to be here again!
