Received the AP1 from the OR and not sure what to do with it?
Is this an easy process to transfer my property back to me or should I seek legal advice?
Also confused on the fees I have to pay HM Land registry?

What paperwork have you received with the AP1?
Who is property being transferred from and to?
Sorry about questions but just need to know a bit more about it. In theory straightforward so shouldn't be anything to worry about.0
