faith win help please

hi everyone, my friend won a faith voucher last night and the screen froze on submission, when she refreshed everything dissapperared. We've tried emailing them with no reply and she hasn't had a confirmation email like I did when I won! anyone have a phone number or anything? luckily we kept the code but don't know where to go from here.

On the faith/fitnesse page there is an email you can contact at the bottom of the T+C bit.

I emailed them once asking if I could use the vouchers in Debhanhams and they emailed me back two weeks later saying they cant help with stuff like that, only technical issues lol. I would say urs is a technical issue so you should give it a try. But maybe try to find a phone number too, or ask them for one because they dont give you much space to contact them in.

Worth a go as mine dissapeared also though I did manage to put in my name and address before it froze,I got a reply about 7 days later and voucher today so hopefully your friend gets hers okay.

Same happened to me on the 22nd, I emailed them and am still waiting for a reply, I did call the number but she said I need to wait for them to email me back as it's a promotor who is dealing with the Vouchers
