I’m making apple chutney for the 1st time and instead of paprika I’ve ended up putting smoked paprika in with my ingredients. Is there anything I can do to save my chutney?!

It might actually taste nice. It will just have a smoky taste to it and would go well with cheese.
I would imagine there will be lots of chutney recipes using smoked paprika.0 -
Ditto to the above - I'd look up some more fiery / spicy recipes & adjust from there. Or if you're not sure you could try making another batch, bland, then mix the two together to taste (the remaining smoked 'special reserve' being an excellent xmas present to someone)
Why am I in this handcart and where are we going ?0
