I have a coupon for 10p a litre off fuel but I’ve lost my clubcard. Do I need the card to use the voucher?

No. They just scan the voucher code.

I agree - the coupon is not dependant on having a Clubcard.
But, give Clubcard Dundee a call to get another set of cards.
