Hi to everyone , i was wondering if anyone can help in the making of sour dough starter , I make the Paul Hollywood stater and it did what it should do , it did the bubble thing and it smelled tangy and followered everything , but when I tried to make the bread the dough wouldn’t rise and when I tried to bake it to see what would happen it was raw in the middle , iv tried other starters and the same thing happened , can anyone help , thanks
