Getting annoyed at Credit Solutions Northern

Hi peeps
After a little advice here. We had a gym membership that we canceled and gave 1 month notice on because we thought it was reasonable, ie unenforceable contract and also because we specifically asked the q: After the years term, does the contract revert to 1 month notice and we were told yes.
However David Lloyd wanted 3 months. We told them where to get off etc etc. They then passed it onto Monkeys R Us aka Credit Solutions Northern. I wrote to them (special delivery) telling them that we acknowledge no debt, do not contact us via phone, and if you really want to push it, see you in court and we will see what a judge has to say re: verbal contracts and unfair contracts.
They then send another final demand (yawn) which we ahem filed
. After all, we had replied to them. So we heard no more about it until now, when they sent a letter to my partners parents house, again a bog standard pay us now type letter, after we told them to bog off. We never hid our address or anything!
Now my partners parents are both disabled OAPs and my partner and her mother have the same first initial. They !!!!!! themselves thinking they were going to court and got upset and agitated.
Now to say we are mad as hell is an understatement. Shall I ring the monkey and give them a verbal kicking or what. Surely this is now borderline harassment because they got hold of us and already got a response, but one not favorable to them, so they thought they would try the other address on file that David Lloyd had.
Can I turn the tables on them for emotional distress and bullying ?I just want them to FOAD (go away, in not so polite terms)
I'm more than happy to go to court, but the chickens wont dare to take that step, because there will be an almighty sh1tstorm unleashed.
Any ideas?

I should perhaps point out that my partner lived with her parents for a month or two and when we initially opened the account, this was her address, but we DID go in, in person to change it, and we got all the "promotional" crap to the right address IYSWIMThis is a system account and does not represent a real person.
