Probably, I'm looking at 250k for a 2bed ftb house down here so when factoring insurance and broker fee takes average case size to around 2k.

2 bed FTB houses in our area are around £110k-£150k.

So, you effectively have to do half the work as a mortgage broker in our area to earn the same. Location. Location. Location ;)

    Achieving CAS status

    Hello everyone,
I passed the CeMAP exams in Feb 2019. I started job searching just recently and covid 19 meant that both jobs from the big banks I was almost getting had the vacancies cancelled. BTW, my previous experience is in Banking both customer facing and back office.
Please help, I am thinking of another way to earn the CAS. How can I possibly do so. I am willing to work for little pay as the circumstances are now different.
