Creditor in bankruptcy

I will try and keep this short. Won a court case, the defendant was issued a CCJ for £70k which he owed me. The day the judgement was past he was in a different court declaring himself bankrupt. He doesn't work, his wife owns the house and during the time between solicitors letters and court he conveniently divorced his wife.
He also 3 months before declaring himself bankrupt transferred a property he owned in Canada for nil value to his now ex wife. His reason being he owed her £30k. He sold her the property for £30k but we have since discovered the property was worth £70k.
The trustee in bankruptcy questioned him about this and have accepted his explanation that he owed his ex this money. Though at the time the true value of the property was not disclosed.
The insolvency people are now wanting to release the trustees but we have objected and given them proof the house was sold at an undervalue. We are waiting to hear back from them. What do you think our chances are of getting this transaction overturned. It is so obvious to jo public that he has blatantly hidden assets but the insolvency people are taking no action.
Also on his bank statements (these transactions were blacked out in the court case) it is showing around £25k was paid into a third party bank account again just before he went bankrupt. The Official receivers asked the third party what these payments were for and have not had a satisfactory reply, so rather than pursue they have just let it go! Its so obvious that again he was hiding money.
