The prize Bed and breakfast and a two course dinner for two, plus use of the spa facilities and 10 per cent off treatments.

Enter our competition and you and a pal could be enjoying a coastal getaway (or a romantic retreat if you decide to invite a special someone) at Fistral Beach Hotel and Spa.
The grown-ups-only beachside destination is a superb spot for those wanting to ride the world-class surf at Fistral or stomp along the South West Coast Path. And after all the activity, the lucky pair can revive weary limbs in the steam room, sauna and vitality pool or book in for a Gaia or ESPA pampering treatment in the spa.
Evenings are best started with a shoreside sipping session in the Bay Bar (and a chance to try the hotel’s bespoke Fistral gin), before heading in to dinner at the Dune restaurant where sumptuous steaks, seafood and specials are served while guests watch the light fade over the sea.
