Newsflash - if you're in Glasgow - today we drove past and I noticed this new store signage at Robroyston - at the old Poundworld store location - on their Store Finder as "TBC"!

Might attend this store opening as well - got to get my (vanilla) kicks where I can these days

One for the green fingered amongst us - I thought this £1 hand tool: half fork/half shovel looked quite good. There are a few other hand tools: forks, trowels, etc - seems tougher than the (hand tool) fork I bought last year from Poundland that bent as soon as it touched soil! I'll test it properly tomorrow. Should've taken a picture of the display, I'll be in the city centre again in a week.

I know Laval makeup is a bit - well - cheap. But I love, love, love loose powder and finding a generous pot that's cheap and porcelain enough that doesn't go orange on my pale skin still seems a challenge, after all these years. NYC (and their liquid eyeliners) were great, but no longer in the UK
