Try Dabs £56 incl. radio. I had a 128mb off here last week for £27 and it's great, much better than the ones selling on E bay i reckon.

No he wants a cheap portable mp3 player that he can put in his pocket for school

I used to carry my cd player at school.. it's safer in your bag with the headphones sticking out...

plus yeah most schools have banned all appliances with headphones.. I got away with it being a music student in the sixth form and we needed them for our work.
