I am about to apply for BR and want some help with my SOA, I still live with my ex husband and we pay 50/50 to household bills so just wanting to know how I would show this on my SOA do I just show my income and my half of all household bills and any other bits I pay out? We have two children so was going to show my 50% of any bills relating to the children as well? Is this how you would recommend to fill it out?

“do I just show my income and my half of all household bills and any other bits I pay out?” In a word, yes.0

Just wasn't sure if I needed to state my ex husbands (we are still married but separated) income and the total bills or just my income and my half of bills.0

If he earns more than you then just put yours down and it will assessed as 50/50. If you earn more then put his down too, as you will be allocated a higher proportion of the bills as so will have less surplus.0
