Tesco Deals - cosmos question

I have £1160 of Deals vouchers to use for next years holiday - have been on the website & they still have free child places available but then I went onto paidtoshop to ask how to book and they say by phone - fine I think - but then someone else has said when you do it this way with the deals vouchers they don't allow any free child places! Is this correct - I have 3 children and if there are no free child places I'm going to end up stumping up quite a bit of cash that I can't really afford. I will be gutted if this is right. Can anyone confirm please? Thanks.

I called Cosmos about booking a holiday using Clubcard Deals and they said that no other discount would apply. So the internet price is not what you pay, you have to add back any discounts shown. For us it was an extra £300.

I'm not sure about child places though.

I booked with them in september, for next september and i was told free child places do not apply. It was only extra £160 for me and luckily i had enough spare vouchers to cover it, so still managed to pay in full with deals. If you dont have enough to cover full cost of the holiday in deals, you need to work out if it's worth paying the extra and booking with deals or if its cheaper to pay with cash. My OH wasn't happy with the extra cost but the way i see it is that I've still had a holiday for nothing - i'm not in the habit of buying things i dont need for points and use lots of MOC too.

I'm not sure about free child places but I priced up on the internet for Florida it came up with a pretty good price which included a discounted price for a teenagers which apparently are limited. I paid in vouchers the price online less the online discount ie the first price. So I would assume if the free child price is in te top line then you would get it but if it is taken off after you don't?

Paid to shop has awhole thead about it so that might help.
