Hi,
Can you remember the name of the BBC program that featured ordinary middle aged people who were very unfit. Each episode they featured about 3 of these people who were then advised on best exercise and lifestyle changes to make. At the end of the program their health age was measured.
I think Angela Rippon and the doctor who is a twin were presenting it.
Do you know the name of this program? Do you know other programs like this?

The "twins" are Chris and Xander Van Tulleken.
The program could be: How to Stay Young
