Hi all -
Have just moved into a new house in the Finaghy/Dunmurry area - however, one of the carpets is a bit grubby and would like to freshen it up a little. Can anyone recommend somewhere where I could rent an industrial carpet cleaner type machine for a few hours/half a day? The closer/cheaper the better!!
Thanks:T

We hired on years back from HHI hire shops, for a day only. It wasn't that much.
Have you looked at the smaller machines you can hire in Homebase? The one in boucher would be quite close.

If you live near Finaghy you must check out Hatch Brothers. They have everything. I rented a cleaner from them. I don't remember the cost but didn't think it was too expensive. I hired a cleaner from BF Hire recently (on the Upper Lisburn Road between Sicily and Locksley Park). It was more expensive than Hatch Brothers but it was easier to park outside.Stercus accidit0

if you have a b&q near you they hire out the rug doctor not a great name for them as they clean most fabrics
hope this helps0 -
A wee bit late in responding to this question but I hire out a fantastic carpet and upholstery cleaner from Painters Choice Decorative Coatings, Carryduff.
They're a paint store that have loads of different rental products, I've only ever used the carpet cleaning machine - simple enough to use, great results.
If you hire out on a Sunday, you get it til like closing time the next day which is something like 9pm. Which is great 'cause if you're anything like me 5pm is way to early... nothing gets done on time!
Anyway, hope this helps someone at least!0
