1)The prize comprises a seven (7) nights motorhome hire with Marquis Motorhomes offered for five (5) people including; travel allowance up to the value of £400 (total), seven (7) nights’ hire of a Benimar Mileo 313 motorhome (5 birth) on self-catering basis, one full tank of fuel for the motorhome to the maximum value of £100, full comprehensive insurance included for a maximum of two (2) drivers, seven (7) night camp site charges, one (1) full-year membership to The Caravan and Motorhome Club, and £1000 Spending money

2)Where the prize winner is under 21 years or over 75 years, he/she must be accompanied by a person aged between 21 and 75 in order to adhere to the motorhome rental agreement. All drivers must have a full clean driving Licence and no serious driving infringements. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to hire the motorhome for security deposit purposes. The winner will need to provide their own bed linen and towels however basic cooking equipment will be provided.

3) The winner can collect the Motorhome from any of the 11 Marquis locations as follows: Durham, Dorset, Lancashire, Hampshire, Suffolk, Gloucestershire, South Yorkshire, Devon, Berkshire and Surrey, Northampton and Sussex. The motorhome has a maximum hire distance of 2000 miles and must stay located within mainland UK. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to hire the Caravan for security deposit purposes. There will be a security bond payable to Marquis to cover any damages to the amount of £750. This cost is in case of damages incurred, and the winner will be liable for any such damage for the duration of the prize. Credit card details will be collected by Marquis on the collection of the vehicle. Strictly no smoking and no pets are allowed in the vehicle at any time.

4) Collection must be Monday to Friday. Between the hours of 9am and 5pm

5) The winner or nominated driver will need to sign and adhere fully to the loan agreement as supplied by Marquis Motorhomes.

6) The prize must be taken by 15th December 2020 but cannot be taken on or between the following dates: 1st April to 30th April 2020. The stay must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by Channel 5. All travel must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions.

7) Booking is subject to availability.

8) A cheque or bank transfer for the £1000 spending money included in the prize will be issued in the prize winner’s name within 14 days of the holiday booking being confirmed

9) The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations letter from Cloud Nine and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred booking date or the prize may be forfeited.

10) Neither Channel 5 nor Cloud Nine will accept responsibility for the motorhome or any facilities/elements of the prize being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.

11) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.

12) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.

13) Transport to and from the motorhome pick-up location is the responsibility of the prize winner.
