Haven't received prize?

Hi all,

I posted a thread (https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6030963/won-2x-100-superdry-giftcards) a while back to say I had won SuperDry vouchers through Klarna UK's instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/p/B0D96AiliLn/). I hadn't received any mail or post so I messaged them about 3 weeks after. They read the message and ignored it so I asked on their online chat. They said they would look into it then left the chat. I asked SuperDry as it was apparently "in sponsorship" with them and they said it's Klarna's competition so they can't do anything about it. I called Klarna who told me to try the online chat again, who told me to contact Instagram, who read my message and ignored it again!

Anyone have anything to suggest or been in a similar situation? I feel like I don't want to ask them again as I'm getting nowhere and feel really discouraged from entering competitions now tbh.

If you have an email address for all parties I would email Klarna UK copying in Superdry and politely request a that arrangements for your prize are made or you will have no option but to contact ASA (advertising standards authority). ASA won't do anything but slap them on the wrist and tell them not to do it again but it might be enough to get your prize out of them. It also makes them look bad to Superdry which they won't want. If all else fails you could ask them publicly on their instagram post or fb page if they have one, no one likes bad publicity.
