Precise Mortgage - After Vaulation

Hey, Newbie here,
We have gone through Precise Mortgages after being declined by the Halifax due to an active default not being removed from my account by mistake.
So far Precise have given us a DIP
Paid Valuation Fee
Sent off outstanding information requested
Got informed that the Valuation has taken place and come back ok
Now we are in limbo as to whether we will get an offer. We were told by our broker we should get an offer through either Wednesday or Thursday, however we still haven't heard anything.
Going by experience has anyone had to wait longer for an offer after the above or is even the fact they did the valuation a good sign?

You jumped from Natwest to Precise due to 1 default?
Did your Mortgage Advisor look at your credit reports before going with Precise?0 -
Sorry, we went from Halifax to Precise as i have a bad credit history but my wife has a perfect one. I have around 5 defaults which are all settled, But as the Natwest bank forgot to amend my default to settled it was still looking like an active one.
we have bid on a property which was accepted and are waiting on an offer so we can start the legal bits. and Precise seemed the only ones who would accept my colorful past.0 -

DIP Received on the 14th Aug
Full App on the 20th Aug and Valuation fee taken
Sent ID and requested forms the Week after
25th Asked for more information
30th Valuation took placed
3rd September - Received Offer
Was a very quick process and i cant fault Precise, i know they get alot of stick for being slow, but i guess its all based on circumstance0 -
