Nationwide mortgage

Options
Hello!

I am due to exchange and complete a property today however my solicitors are telling me they are waiting for nationwide to release my mortgage funds. Has anybody got any experience on a time frame for this?

My solicitors told me they had ordered the mortgage last Friday in readiness for completion.

So my question really is how long from ordering the funds from nationwide do they normally take to come through?

Thanks for any insight shared 😊
Sam

  • Usually pretty quickly, if the solicitors given the required notification time I wouldn't panic, in the past cut off for telegraphic transfers have been 2pm and they arrive before 3pm but I've not had any involvement in it recently so it may have changed.

Good luck in your new home
