O2 priority instant winners

Has anyone else ever won one of the instant wins on O2?

I just won 4 tickets to Legoland - so exciting!
But then when I looked further they are only valid for Wednesday 18th September...which means I can't go as will be at work (unable to take annual leave at that time).

Was fully prepared for win not to be valid at weekends but limiting it to one date is really disappointing right?
Prize is non-transferable so can't gift it to someone else to enjoy either

Wish I hadn't entered as 4 tickets less available for people who could go - but there was no initial mention of it being valid one date only.

Each Instant Winners Prize Code will entitle the bearer to book up to four tickets to attend LEGOLAND® WINDSOR RESORT on the 18 September only. No other dates are available and no additional tickets can be obtained due to capacity restrictions at the venue.

Only Priority customers will be in attendance, but entry will be subject to availability and at the discretion of the park’s management. Under three’s go free in addition to the allocation of four attendees per winning code.

In total we have 6,752 tickets to giveaway for this event – be sure to submit your entry via Priority, before 10pm on the 28th August for your chance to win.

I won 4 Alton Towers tickets in July through o2 priority. I could choose the date (think weekends were excluded) but there was plenty of choice for dates.

thanks all...clearly me being silly then - I just didn't see the T&Cs anywhere clearly on the O2 app before entering.

and many apologies - I never think to check if these O2 comps are on the board as I tend to just check the app now and again and enter that way...

I know someone does post them normally as it has prompted me to look at the app in the past.

Hi. I'm the same. Just won on 02, 4 VIP tickets to Legoland but only valid on the 18th sept. Doesn't help we are 200 miles away either 🙁 oh well guess we will skip this one. Shame we can't gift them to someone though, are you sure about that? What did you decide to do with yours?

I really don't think it was visible on the app that it was for this date only right? (Unless the T&Cs were at the bottom of the entry form in which case I missed them, as I expect a lot of people did)
I just saw in the email that the tickets were non-transferable so assumed I just have to write them off? What a shame

I think you could probably get away with gifting them, the tickets come through as just barcodes to scan

Not sure if they are transferable as I would love to swap for legoland tickets
