Should you receive an invoice for parking on NHS land, as part of your Freedom of Information request ask for documentation that authorised going against DoHSC guidance Which states
1.4.3 You should use the NHS Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Services (Contract Version) for purchasing all types of services including facilities related services, back-office services and all types of outsourcing.
