I tried some oil from CBD Brothers and apart from tasting disgusting I didn't notice any benefit from it at all.

Some of the best quality products ceom from Holland. You can buy sweets, oils creams etc. I think the medical consensus is that CBD oil works for some people and not for others. No one is saying it cures cancer or anything but it is an effective muscle relaxant for most people and this can help with sleep, chronic pain and anxiety - again in some people. If it work for you buy the best quality you can afford. Holland and barrest have a reputation for selling poor quality products compared to specialist suppliers so I wouldn't just look at the price.

I'm an avid user of CBD, after having a frozen shoulder for 18 months, the right CBD sorted it out in 2 weeks.

There's a belief that you can take CBD like a medicine or pain killer as a one off and that all CBD's are born equal, neither of these are true.

To get your endocanebanoid system working properly you need a bit of an entourage effect, firstly pick a decent CBD product, one that has Novel Foods License in process, so you can trust the quality, secondly, I'd avoid the high-street chainstores, who (mostly) sell very weak and ineffective product.

Start off weak and build up, 300mg per 10ml, keep to the dosage on the bottle.

If you start too strong it will possibly make you feel a bit nauseous also the oil the CBD is in (normally MCT/coconut oil) can make you feel a bit sick if you're not used to it and you take too much.

Take it every day for a month, i'm sure you'll feel the benefit.

I'd say it's always worth shopping around and seeing what specific oils work for you. There's a lot of misinformation in the market with a lot of brands offering one thing and then the product is completely different. Some brands like Goodbody offer a CBD swap to make it easier to try different oils. It's just a bit of trial and error ultimately.
