I tried CBD oil (drops, not capsules, from H+B) for my chronic pain and didn't find it at all helpful. I think it might have improved my sleep a bit, but not enough to make it worth the price.
the ones you can get from H&B and Amazon are not high enough strength. I get mine elsewhere.Mortgage free as of 10/02/2015. Every brick and blade of grass belongs to meeeee. :j0 -
I tried some oil from CBD Brothers and apart from tasting disgusting I didn't notice any benefit from it at all.0

Aura are the best on the market, not a rip off, and organic.Mortgage free as of 10/02/2015. Every brick and blade of grass belongs to meeeee. :j0 -
Some of the best quality products ceom from Holland. You can buy sweets, oils creams etc. I think the medical consensus is that CBD oil works for some people and not for others. No one is saying it cures cancer or anything but it is an effective muscle relaxant for most people and this can help with sleep, chronic pain and anxiety - again in some people. If it work for you buy the best quality you can afford. Holland and barrest have a reputation for selling poor quality products compared to specialist suppliers so I wouldn't just look at the price.0

I'd say it's always worth shopping around and seeing what specific oils work for you. There's a lot of misinformation in the market with a lot of brands offering one thing and then the product is completely different. Some brands like Goodbody offer a CBD swap to make it easier to try different oils. It's just a bit of trial and error ultimately.-1
