Defaults stopping me from getting a mortgage

My partner and I are trying to get a mortgage together. We tried in January, but a CCJ stopped us. I have had this successfully set aside. I also have a dozen defaults against me, the last in March 2017. The vast majority are from 2013 and 2014. I also have a satisfied CCJ from 2014 on my credit report. Can anyone recommend a lender or broker that would be able to help us? Thanks.

    You need a broker really.

There is a possibility of high street rates but depending on the details you may be looking at a more specialist lender.

  • I recommend contacting ACG above if he is taking clients - his niche is adverse

I also highly recommend him to, even just to find out where you stand at the moment and what you need to do to get your mortgage.

    Very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable!

I’m a broker, but I still recommend ACG as above as he specialises in adverse cases and from what I’ve heard is great!

+1 To ACG, he got me my mortgage and I am not Adverse either, sailed through my offer for self employed with 1 years accounts and competitive interest rates

He even offered he would do it for free should I ever need a million pound mortgage for a laugh. Might take a few lifetimes to get to that level though.
