Endowment policy maturing close to BREXIT

Hi
I have an endowment policy due to mature at the end of November 2019 and am worried about the impact of BREXIT happening so close (end of October)
Is it worth my while considering surrendering at this late stage?
Any thoughts -
rough figures - surrender value is @30k and the value (guaranteed min + MEP) is @29k it looked to me like I was on target for @35k if kept the policy 'until the end (if you include the MEP)
Thanks

What influence do you think Brexit has?
You would also lose the MEP on early surrender.0 -
If the policy is with profits and has a terminal bonus, this will probably be reviewed at the year end, as is usually the case at the end of every year.
If you have a unit-linked policy it will be worth whatever the value of the units is at maturity.0 -
If any of us knew for certain what would be happening to the markets over the next couple of months we'd be logging in from our own Caribbean islands. Nobody knows when or whether Brexit will happen or what effect it will have on the markets - which have already had over three years to adjust to the high likelihood of some sort of Brexit happening.0

..and to date, the worse the feeling on Brexit, the more your investment values have gone up. Brexit has been playing out in Sterling. Sterling going down pushes the values of overseas holdings up. As most diverse portfolios hold more in global assets than UK assets then bad news has been good news for investing. Unless you are heavy in UK small cap or mid cap, then it shouldnt be an issue.0
