Skint dad drowning in debt!

Good morning,
So I have been reading many of the inspiring and determined diaries for several months and it has made me face up to my many debts.
I have always been !!!!less with money but things started to go down hill fast when my wife started maternity leave in 2017. Unfortunately I carried on spending reckless so would start an all too familiar cycle, spend on credit card, max out credit card, bank loan to clear credit card, max out credit card again repeat until 25k in debt!!!!
I feel so ashamed and embarrassed by my behavior and spending habits and I have finally admitted to my wife how much debt I am in and how I will try and pay this off.
Thank you for bearing with me on the long post I will update with how much I owe and to whom.
