Gleam fault?

Has anybody else gone to do daily entries on Gleam and noticed that all their entries have been reset to zero?

I think I've only done my one daily Gleam entry today. I just checked it again, and it's showing 13 entries, which is probably right.

May be a daft question, but are you definitely logged into Gleam under your usual user name?

  • Yes definitely logged on as me. I’ve just checked again today in case it was a glitch but I’m still having the same problem. Think I’ll give it up as a bad job and focus my efforts elsewhere.

I thought Gleam was down, I've got a couple of threads subscribed that I go back to daily and they stopped working a couple of days ago, have only just realised that ad-blocker is blocking the Gleam widgets.

Not related to your issue, I don't think, but I thought I'd post in case anyone else was seeing the same thing as me, it definitely worked fine with Ad-blocker until a couple of days ago.

    I use an adblocker too.

Two days ago, I found that when I opened the gleam competitions, there was no gleam showing. But what I tried was to use the centre click button on the mouse (or you could right click and select to open link in a new tab) on the hyperlink in the place on the page where the gleam would normally be - this was usually the name of the prize. I found this opened just the gleam widget in a new tab. So I then bookmarked just the gleam widget, not the blog.

    I hope this makes sense.

I didn't actually notice a link on the pages, I've just tried them again and they're now working again with Ad-Blocker on :/

I've found ad-blocker stops some gleams and not others, it's odd.
