Hi guys,
I am currently 6 months into a two year fix. Property value 166.5k 85% ltv. Mortgage took out when Salary was paye 33k.
I have now been made a director at 37500 salary with 30k paid via the dividends route (I'm sure you can work out why) with an annual dividends that will be in the region of 15k.
I used a standard in house broker for my previous mortgage but will I need to seek more specialist help when I need a new deal?
Thanks in advance.

most whole of the market brokers should be able to place you, but a bit early to need one at the moment, probably 3 months before you deal ends.
As your only income is from a limited company, likely you will need at least 1 years accounts/ SA302 preferably 2 years"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

Pretty standard stuff for a broker.
Depending on how much of the company you own (ie more or less than 25%), you may need 2 Self Assessments when it comes to applying to have the choice of lenders. Most lenders average out those 2 years and use that.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
