Pizza base made from cauliflower?

Is this any good?
Does anyone have any particular recipes for base and toppings?
I've got a veggie friend staying with us at the moment and am thinking about making one of these today.
Thanks.

I use the Pioneer Woman’s recipe for this - you’ll find it on the Food Network by searching for Ree Drummond’s Cauliflower Crust Pizza. It’s very good!

Thanks, I've seen some recipes which don't add cheese to the base, and wondered what the difference in texture was.
Also some recipes don't have a tomato topping, which I'm not sure I'd like.

Grated potato makes a sort of hash brown type base which is lovely! I'm not keen on a cauliflower base, think it's a bit bland.

I think it's great if you are gluten intolerant but maybe if vegetarian then I'd rather have a traditional pizza base with veggie toppings.

I do t have any particular food intolerances but am trying to follow a largely low carb diet when I can, but I'm just interested to try something new.
