I want to shorten my Tiffany's chain

I've been lucky enough to receive a tiffany's heart from my fiance for my birthday - however the chain is a bit too long & I want to get it shortened- does anyone know if this is possible & where to get it done? I live in the midlands so would battle to get to tiffany's in London.

If you conatct Tiffany they will do repairs for you by sending through the post.
Hubby bought me a Tiffany bracelet with charms and one of the charms constantly fell off! I contacted them and they were just wonderful. They told me to send it to them recorded delivery and they soldered all the charms on free of charge and sent it back to me all within about 3 weeks.
