Weird Letter from Instant Cash Loans

Received this letter in the post today from Instant Cash Loans. I did have a loan from one of the brands listed on top of the letter back in 2011. It also says they wrote to me on the 19th July but I'm positive I've had no previous letter. Anyone else got this letter or know about it?

You can`t now, and there is no need to, the scheme was approved, and if your claim is upheld, payments will start to be made in early 2020.

Although, as said in previous posts, you will not get back the full amount of your claim, it depends on how many claims are upheld, and how much cash remains available to pay redress with, various examples were given in their emails, but I would not expect too much to be returned.
