I phoned them up and they confirmed my win and said they often contacted people by e-mail . I also asked about being banned for 6 months and she agreed it was so . My husband will be entering a lot of competitions for the next 6 months without lifting a finger .

You might want to check the t&c as I think it states per household for 6 months

I just phoned up Bauer Media and it is not one per household for sure. She said my husband can still enter or anyone else at this address.

If the win is £500 or more the T&Cs (which would apply) seem quite clear

no person or persons at the same residential address may win more than one prize valued at £500 or more via any of our Competitions in any given six (6) month period
